What forms of payment do you accept?

Harry's Art accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express. All prices are stated in U.S. dollars. To view or merchant account, click on "order" anywhere throughout this site.

Do we charge sales tax?

Harry's Art collects and remits sales tax in the following states: Arrizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin.

Do we ship to military addresses?

Harry's Art will ship to APO, FPO and AE destinations, but please allow 2-4 weeks to complete your project.

Can I place an international order through Harry's Art?

No, not via the Internet. At this time, Harry's Art ships to the United States. We do business overseas by phone or in person.

I placed an order and selected Next-Day Air. Will this arrive tomorrow?

Some in stock items ordered Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) by 2:00 PM EST will be shipped that day. Barring events beyond our control, such as severe weather, your order should arrive the next business day. Please keep in mind that some remote areas of the country may take longer to service.

Some of the products I ordered are on back order. Is there an additional charge?

No. Your credit card will be charged for in stock items and for shipping. For a back-ordered item, we will charge your credit card when we are able to fill your order. There will not be an additional shipping charge.

Can I check the status of my order?

Yes. In Customer Service, you may track your order by entering your order number and shipping address zip code in an email note. Online tracking will be up and running in a couple of months.

Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?

In stock items will be processed for shipping as soon as the order is submitted and cannot be canceled. For out of stock items, please call (888) for service.

What is your return policy?

Harry's Art offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Harry's Art products. Should you wish to return the item for any reason, you must call (407) to receive an RMA number and must do so prior to the end of the 30th day following shipment of the product by Harry's Art. After the 30-day period you may only return the product under Harry's Art's limited warranty terms. All returns must be in the original Harry's Art packaging and contain all items provided with the product.

I need to return a product but I did not purchase from Harry's Art.

Why do I need to provide my e-mail address?

We will send your order confirmation and any updates in e-mail.
Why do I need to provide my telephone number?

The shipping companies require a phone number in case there is a problem delivering your order.

What does "Remember my username" mean?

When you login, your browser can "remember" your username. Check the box and you won't have to fill in your username when you come back. (For your protection, we do ask you to re-enter your password.)

Important: You should always remember your username and password or write them down and put them in a safe place.

How does this work?
